Doing sports is one of the main pillars of healthy living. Emphasis is on regularity, be it any kind of sports activity. Fitness exercises are certainly more important than skill exercises or activities like car racing or chess.
If time allows I go running 20 minutes at least 3 times a week, but on weekends for even 1 or 2 hours. In summer I ride my bicycle everywhere and sometimes go on longer bicycle tours. There are ideal bicycle paths here in South Tirol, and there are more and more in Hungary too.
I used to play basketball competitively in university on an NBI youth team, so love of this sport had stayed with me until today, and all my children love to play it too. Sometimes we come together for large family derbies with my children and their families.
